Yarn consumption:
We have knitted with Bella from Permin, held double. It takes 7 skeins, 3 of one color and 4 of the other color.
The sweater is knitted with 2 strands if you choose the above yarn type, but otherwise, try other thicker qualities; just make a swatch first, or get guidance in your yarn store.
The sweater is knitted in stripes with 2 rounds of each color. Only imagination sets limits. You can easily knit stripes in multiple colors and just let loose with different scraps.
Gauge 12 sts = 10 cm. on needle 8 mm. in stockinette stitch.
The sweater is knitted bottom-up.
The finished sweater has a lovely oversized fit and is cm long, and measures 128 (138) cm. in circumference and will fit a bust size of approx. 75-95-100 (100-110-128) cm.
You will need:
A darning needle for weaving in ends and assembling/sewing.
Circular needle 8 mm in 80 or 100 cm length.
Circular needle 7 mm for ribbing, and short circular needle 40 cm 7 or 8 mm for the neck ribbing.
You will knit the sleeves in the round on circular needle 8 mm 40 cm.
