Terms and Conditions

By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms thoroughly before shopping at www.loveknit.dk.
Loveknit is an online shop located in Helsingør, Denmark.

International Shipments
International parcels will be delivered with GLS and are sent to your nearest parcel shop for pickup. When a parcel shop is not available in your area, the parcel will be delivered to your home address.

Payment
At Loveknit, you can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay. The amount will be deducted from your account when the items are dispatched from Loveknit. All prices at Loveknit are stated in DKK and include VAT.

Delivery
At Loveknit, we strive for fast delivery, which means orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are normally dispatched the following business day.
In connection with holidays, special events, or sales, longer delivery times may occur. If items are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.
All Danish orders are sent as parcels and are typically delivered by PostNord. Delivery time is 1-2 business days.
For purchases over 400 DKK, we offer free shipping to the nearest parcel shop.
International shipments are subject to shipping fees depending on the destination country.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Loveknit offers a 14-day full return policy, valid from the day you receive your items. Items intended for return must be unused and in their original, unopened, and intact packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return form must be completed and included in the package.

Responsibility for the returned goods only transfers to Loveknit upon receipt. Please pack your items securely and send them as an insured package (e.g., via PostNord) if you require tracking and insurance. Remember to save your shipping receipt as documentation.

If you return the entire order, we will refund your full payment, including original delivery costs. If you received free shipping and no longer meet the conditions for it after the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. For unclaimed or refused packages, return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are only issued to the credit card used for the original purchase to prevent fraud.

Right of Withdrawal for Courses/Workshops
For cancellations made more than 1 month before the event, no fees apply. For cancellations made less than 1 month before, a 25% fee is charged. For cancellations made less than 14 days before, no refund is provided. You are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to Loveknit.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products/Patterns
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products. By purchasing digital products and accepting our terms, you agree that the 14-day right of return is waived.

Complaints (Warranty)
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding a 2-year right of complaint for faults and defects. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
The warranty does not cover damage or wear resulting from incorrect use, improper washing/care, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear. For complaints or missing deliveries, contact us on kontakt@loveknit.dk.

Discounts and Offers
Only apply to items in stock. Does not apply to shipping and handling costs.

Security
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is conducted via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Only the payment processor has access to your data. Your contact information is 100% confidential.

Disclaimer
We reserve the right for printing errors, typing errors, sold-out items, and changes in VAT or duties. Offers apply while stocks last. We reserve the right to decline a transaction or request bank transfer payment to prevent credit card fraud.
