Yarn consumption for short model, for normal length add an extra skein for all suggestions!
6 (7) skeins Brigitte no. 2 together with 7 (8) skeins Brigitte no. 3, two strands held together.
6 (7) skeins Fashion Light Luxury together with 4 (5) skeins kid silk mohair from Mayflower. Two strands held together.
You will need:
Circular needles 6 and 8 mm in both 40 cm and 80-100 cm.
Double-pointed needles 6 mm for the ribbing on the sleeves, if you do not knit with the Magic Loop technique.
Sizes S/M (L/XL)
Gauge 11 stitches = 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 8 mm needles.
The finished sweater is a slightly oversized model. Instructions are provided for both a slightly "cropped" shorter sweater and one of normal length.
Size S/M will fit a bust circumference of approx. 75-100 cm. And size L/XL will fit a bust circumference of approx. 100-120 cm.
The sweater is knitted bottom-up. Sleeves and body are knitted separately and the sleeves are sewn on afterwards. Both knitting in the round in stockinette stitch on circular needles, and knitting back and forth with knit and purl are required. Everything is done on circular needles.
