Welcome to Loveknit, VAT: 27047548. By trading on this website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the terms thoroughly before shopping on www.loveknit.dk. Loveknit is an online shop located in Helsingør, Denmark.

2. Payment and Prices
At Loveknit, you can pay with the following payment cards and services: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay. The amount will only be debited from your account when your physical goods are dispatched from Loveknit. All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore, only the payment acquirer has access to your data. Neither Loveknit nor anyone else has the ability to view data exchanged during a purchase. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We strive for fast delivery, which means that orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the following business day. Longer delivery times may occur in connection with holidays, special events, or sales. If an item, contrary to expectations, is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or email.
- Domestic shipments (Denmark): All Danish orders are sent as insured packages with a tracking number. The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
- International shipments (Abroad): International shipments are subject to shipping fees depending on the destination country. International parcels are delivered with GLS to your nearest parcel shop. If a parcel shop is not available in your area, the parcel will be delivered directly to your home address.
4. Special Conditions for Courses, Workshops, and Digital Products
- Right of withdrawal for courses/workshops: In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the event, no fees will be charged. For cancellations less than 1 month before the event, a fee of 25% of the course price will be charged. For cancellations less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be given. However, you are always very welcome to transfer your spot on the course to another person.
- Right of withdrawal for digital products and knitting patterns: There is no right of withdrawal for digital products. By purchasing digital products (including knitting patterns for download) and accepting our terms and conditions, you simultaneously accept that the standard 14-day right of return is waived. All rights to workshops, courses, events, as well as digital products and patterns belong exclusively to Loveknit.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
For rules regarding the return of physical goods, the right of withdrawal, and details about your 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, please refer to our specific Return and Refund Policy.
6. Discounts, Offers, and Disclaimers
Any discount codes and offers apply only to items actively in stock and do not apply to shipping and delivery costs unless specifically stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct printing errors, typos, out-of-stock items, as well as sudden changes in VAT and taxes. Offers apply while stocks last. In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject a transaction or request payment via bank transfer.
