Loveknit is a webshop that sells knitting patterns as PDF files.

Payment
At Loveknit you can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay. The amount will be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched from Loveknit. All prices at Loveknit are stated in DKK and include VAT.

Right of withdrawal for digital products/patterns
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products.

By purchasing digital products, e.g. patterns, and accepting our terms and conditions, you also accept that the 14-day right of return lapses.

Security
At Loveknit, all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore, only the payment processor has access to your data. Neither Loveknit nor any other unauthorised parties can see data exchanged during a purchase. At Loveknit, your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no one else can access it.

Reservations
We reserve the right for printing errors, typing errors, sold-out items, and changes in VAT and duties. Any offers are valid while stocks last. In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject a transaction or, if necessary, demand payment via bank transfer.
