You need to use:
A yarn needle to bind off and assemble/sew. Circular needle size 9 mm, 80 or 100 cm long. Circular needle size 7 mm for ribbing, as well as a short circular needle 40 cm, size 7 or 8 mm for neck ribbing.
If you are an experienced knitter, you can knit the sleeves on a 40 cm circular needle size 9 mm and use double-pointed needles size 7 mm for the sleeve ribbing.

The sweater is knitted with 2 strands if you choose one of the above yarn types, but otherwise, try different thicker qualities. Just make a swatch first, or get advice from your yarn store.
